Hope Haitian Community Center was founded in Springfield, Ohio, with the mission to serve and strengthen the Haitian community.

Even before its official creation, community work was already being done with the children and youth of the First Haitian Evangelical Church of Springfield, Ohio, where artistic, dance, and music activities had been organized since March 3, 2024. This effort later expanded to include the women of the community through gatherings, times of prayer, support, and spiritual and social guidance. These experiences revealed the need for a structured, stable, and lasting framework to support the growth of children, youth, and women in their personal and community development.

The organization was born from this momentum — a result of deep community engagement and a vision driven by unity, faith, and hope.

The main goals of the organization are to:
• Promote unity and solidarity within the community.
• Encourage leadership and involvement from members for sustainable development.
• Provide educational, training, and integration opportunities for youth, women, and adults.

Today, Hope Haitian Community Center is passionately working to build a stronger future for current and future generations, in a spirit of love, service, and transformation.
